                                             Massive corrosion and carbon buildup on valve.

                                                                    Valve removal.

                                                            Carbon build up on valve.

                                                     Block of wood used to remove piston.

                                                                     Liner removed.

                                                           Removal of piston pin ring.

                                                                Removal of piston pin.

                                                                  Liner removed.

                                                                 Measuring flywheel.

Bore in bearning for piston pin.

                                                               Measuring the flange.

                                                         Cylinder injector pattern.

                                                        Fresh oil on cap before torque.

                                                           Install and seating valves.

Install ring pin 

                                                   Torqued to 330 ft lbs with the big boy.

                                                  Torquing the lower valve cover to specs.

                                                             Torquing the valve cover.

DONE

                                                     Measurements sheet front and back.

                                                        Valve cover install instructions.

                                                        Head bolts install instructions.
